A leading property group renowned for its commitment to design excellence, quality, and delivery is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their growing Sydney team. With a secured pipeline of luxury residential projects, this is a pivotal on-site role ensuring the highest quality finishes and intricate details are delivered to perfection.

The Role

You'll be hands-on, driving the delivery of high-end finishes from structure through to completion. Working closely with the Site Manager, Structural Foreman, and a trusted network of subcontractors, you'll take ownership of the finishing stages while leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the finishing stages of luxury residential projects on-site
  • Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
  • Ensure premium finishes, purchaser variations, and bespoke details are delivered to the highest standards
  • Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance on-site
  • Collaborate with the site and office-based construction teams to ensure drawings and documentation are always current
  • Drive programme, budget, and quality outcomes through proactive problem-solving

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in a Finishes Foreman or Foreman role on residential projects
  • Proven track record delivering premium finishes on complex, design-led developments
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid Construction White Card and relevant certifications/licences
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
