Your new role

You would be joining a large high rise residential mixed use development and will be part of a well resourced team.

You will be part of a highly qualified team to help deliver a variety of finishes and facade activities for this high-profile apartment projects.

  • Effectively implement and manage OH+S procedures on-site.
  • Attend all program meetings and help with the delivery of projects within the construction time frame.
  • You will effectively report and work alongside the Site Manager and General Foreman to ensure a smooth project delivery.
  • You will co-ordinate sub-contractors suitably to ensure that key milestones within the project are hit.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years' experience on large projects as a Finishes Foreman on large-scale high-rise projects
  • Carpentry / Interior background or Construction Degree
  • The ambition to commit and progress long term with this extremely successful company.
  • A team player mentality and outgoing personality.
  • Experience on large scale apartment projects is essential.
  • Strong time management, organisation and communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail.
