The Company

  • Award winning high-end residential builder.
  • Has been in business for over 10 years.
  • Specialise in luxury residential homes - large scale renovations & extensions, mainly in the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.

About The Role

  • Foreman / Site Manager to deliver one project at a time.
  • Will work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
  • Project sites are in locations such as Glebe, Surry Hills, Bondi, Kensington etc.
  • Salary between $130,000 and $140,000 plus super.

Duties

  • Site management of trades.
  • Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
  • Scheduling trades.
  • Ordering materials.
  • Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
  • Site inductions. toolbox talks and WH&S.

Skills & Experience

  • Carpentry trade background - Certificate III Carpentry or similar.
  • Relevant building qualifications - Certificate IV Building & Construction, Licenced Builder etc.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing high-end architectural residential building projects from start to finish.
