The Company & Role

As 2IC Foreman reporting to an extremely accomplished Site Manager on a newly secured $40 project, you will be ably supported by a Leading Hand and a finishes foreman who will assist with the structure. You will also have a site based CA with an experienced Project Manager regularly on site.

Delivering 61 new build apartments and you will have a history of delivering class II projects - you will mainly be responsible for delivery of the structures and enjoy pushing a job in the phase of a project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You will be a trade qualified Foreman with a career history demonstrating the successful delivery of new build projects of at least $15M+
  • You will have strong experience with structure
  • You will be a team player who develops relationships with long term subcontractors clients and colleagues
  • You will have D&C delivery experience
  • You will be collaborative, have strong programming skills and your construction knowledge will be valued helping with any ongoing design issues
