Foreman (Working Foreman – Carpenter/Builder)

Greater Sydney | $130k–$180k package (negotiable)

Biltbeta Constructions delivers complex remedial works (structural rectification, concrete repair, façade/waterproofing, defect fixes) and high-quality renovations across Greater Sydney— Residential, including Class 2/Strata and select Commercial. Typical projects range $200k–$3m. You'll run the crew, stay on the tools, solve problems early, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Project Managers and in-house team. Stable pipeline of work, with growth for the right person.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor small–mid crews while remaining hands-on (set-out, carpentry/build tasks).
  • Plan week-to-week with the Project Manager, sequence works, and coordinate materials.
  • Read drawings/details, spot buildability issues, and propose practical fixes.
  • Manage live/tenanted sites professionally (access, housekeeping, client/resident communications).
  • Own quality: tidy sites, photo records/checklists, handover-ready finishes.

What you bring

  • Trade-qualified Carpenter/Builder with Foreman/Site Supervisor experience or a strong Leading Hand ready to step up.
  • Confident leading people, clear communicator, sets pace and standards.
  • Enjoys the prep-then-rebuild reality of remedial work and solving tricky details.
  • Driver's licence, White Card, basic tools.
  • Remedial exposure (concrete, façade/waterproofing, structural), insurers/engineers/consultants.
