Tasks & responsibilities

  • Experience in Finishing
  • Experience in Hi rise residential apartments
  • Large Project consisting of 4 basements , Ground floor shopping centre and 3 residential towers with 327 apartments
  • Overseeing finish off trades from Basement to Roof experience. with understanding of process and sequencing
  • Must be proficient with Procore
  • Excellent communication skill and time management
  • Minimum 5 years experience on projects 100m+
  • Providing weekly reports to project manager
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
  • Working for developer/ builder with a mature and experienced senior management team
  • Co-ordinate subcontract trades to maximize teamwork
  • Use of Procore for all activities and records
  • Coordination meetings with subcontractors and consultants
  • Must have good problem solving skills
  • Overseeing Leading Hands and Labour, compliance ,contracts ,  Safety , timelines ,quality and execution to deliver quality and compliant buildings
  • Adhere and assist to safety officers requirements
  • Working with existing long term team onsite
  • Reporting directly to Project Manager

Qualifications & experience

  • Monitor program and lead the team to meet project milestones
  • Must be proficient with Procore
  • Attention to detail and identifying defects
  • Working and managing Logistics and Tower Cranes for all deliveries
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Experience in passive fire coordination for trades  with consultants and BCA / NCC knowledge essential
  • Minimum 10 years experience on projects 100m+
  • Providing weekly reports to project manager
  • Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project
  • working for developer/ builder with a mature and experienced senior 

     management team
  • Co-ordinate subcontract trades to maximize teamwork
  • Use of Procore for all activities and records
  • Manage and coordinate weekly Tool box and coordination meetings 

     with subcontractors
  • Manage and issue RFIs and defects
  • Must have good problem solving skills
