Due to exponential growth and the acquisition of new projects, we are seeking a experienced and capable Finishes Foreman to join and grow with the team

Expectations of the role:

  • Overseeing and working on the interiors, finishes and façade of projects
  • Ensure you play a critical role in meeting program, budget and quality goals
  • Ensure ITP's are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Identify the requirements of ITP''s and any relevant processes on site
  • Understand the scope, contract and project time frames
  • Managing the sub-contractors to ensure they are fulfilling their roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure OHS and environmental procedures are observed, practiced, and provide report on incidences/accidents
  • Ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget, programme and quality
  • Manage defects on a daily basis and close out before the end of the project
  • Undertake on-site Quality Assurance

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Finishes Foreman working on residential & commercial projects
  • 10+ years experience in constructions
  • Relevant professional qualifications; trade or tertiary
  • Strong work ethic, workmanship & quality focus with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and assist team when required to achieve deadlines
  • Solid understanding of OHS Procedures, DBPA, and compliance with Industry OHS Procedures
