Qualifications & experience
- The successful Applicant will need to have had previous experience in a High Volume Bistro / Club / Pub . Great support will be available for any younger Chefs wanting to further their career.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in a high-volume bistro, club, or pub kitchen
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
Tasks & responsibilities
- Helping run Day to Day operations with the Head Chef and fellow kitchen crew
- .Running a busy Kitchen Brigade in absence of Head Chef . Take control of responsibility of all meals at the Pass while maintaining a harmonious environment for fellow staff members.Assist in ordering and record keeping inline with Health regulations.
