Sous Chef

We are looking for a strong and experienced Sous Chef to support and lead alongside our Head Chef. This role requires someone with a proven background in fine dining, specialising in Italian and French cuisine, who can manage a high-performing kitchen team with confidence and creativity.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience at Sous Chef level or a very strong Senior CDP ready to step up.
  • Expertise in Italian and/or French cuisine with fine dining experience.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to deliver consistency at the highest standard.
  • Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
Larder Commis / Demi Chef

We are also seeking a Larder Commis or Demi Chef to join our brigade. Perfect for chefs who want to refine their skills in a fine dining environment and work with premium produce.

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for food and a strong work ethic.
  • Previous larder or fine dining experience preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and develop under a highly skilled team.
  • A team player with attention to detail.
