Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all contract-related activities, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Provide support in the resolution of contract disputes and issues.
  • Stay updated on legal and industry-specific regulations that may impact contracts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
