Procurement and Contracts Coordinator

We're seeking a detail-oriented Procurement and Contract Coordinator, for an immediate start, to support contract and procurement activities across the organisation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality correspondence, ensuring compliance, and assisting with operational processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence and complex documents.
- Assist with tendering and contract processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct research, analyse data, and provide support for reporting and decision-making.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders across the organisation, delivering excellent service.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in procurement/contract, or operational support roles.
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Law, or related fields desirable.
