We're passionate about delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. As a growing industry leader in Airconditioning, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager professional to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
The Sales Account Manager – Commercial is responsible for managing and growing key HVAC customer accounts, securing new business, and supporting the delivery of commercial projects. The role combines account management, technical sales, and project coordination to achieve sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HVAC accounts (contractors, engineers, distributors, OEMs).
- Drive sales of flexible duct, grilles, registers, diffusers, dampers, and related products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, specifications, and tenders.
- Provide technical support including layouts, take-offs, and application advice.
- Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to meet project requirements.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM records.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Success Measures:
- Achievement of sales targets and market share growth.
- Strong client relationships and repeat business.
- Timely and accurate reporting, proposals, and project support.
- Positive representation of the company in the HVAC industry.
What will you bring to the role?
- 3-5 years of HVAC sales, account management, or project experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and project cycles.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Driver's licence and willingness to travel.
