About the Opportunity

As an Account Manager you will primarily focus on the business development, acquisition, and ongoing management of electricity agreements with CleanCo's target commercial and industrial (C&I) customer base.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead retail contract negotiations and ensure successful execution.
  • Respond to tenders and manage pricing for retail contracts.
  • Provide ongoing account management and customer support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer relationships and drive success.
  • Assist in managing customer operational needs across the wider portfolio.
  • Engage in broader customer relationship-building and commercial opportunities.

This Brisbane-based role reports to the Commercial Solutions Manager and offers a chance to shape customer relationships and contribute to CleanCo's strategic goals.

About you
  • You bring a strong understanding of the National Electricity Market and energy market fundamentals.
  • You've successfully managed accounts for large corporates and negotiated bespoke energy contracts.
  • Your commercial acumen, influencing skills, and customer-first mindset set you apart.
  • A bachelor's degree in a commercial or marketing discipline is preferred, along with at least two years' experience in the energy sector.
  • You value collaboration, curiosity, and courage – and you're ready to make a difference.
