About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director of People and Culture (12 month contract). The EA will provide confidential executive support, coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure seamless communication and operations. The EA will also provide support to the Director of Business Development, Communications and Marketing, and other senior staff.
Key responsibilities include:
Executive Support
- Provide diary management, travel coordination, reporting, and expense processing.
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation.
- Coordinate meetings including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Operational Coordination
- Assist in planning and delivering initiatives across P&C and BCM.
- Track progress on key deliverables and support reporting requirements.
- Organise team communications, events, workshops, and offsites.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the firm to support collaboration.
- Support leadership communications including board papers and executive updates.
About you
You are a confident and capable Executive Assistant with a passion for supporting senior leadership and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (desirable).
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or Directors, ideally within HR.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
