Environmental Field Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and prepare equipment for daily environmental service tasks
  • Conduct on-site work such as revegetation, planting, brush cutting, seeding, and weed control
  • Ensure high standards of WHS compliance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and clean vehicles, tools, and depot areas

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Passion for the environment, sustainability, and flora & fauna.
  • A genuine commitment to ongoing upskilling in areas that affect your role, such as Weed/Plant I.D. knowledge & WHS standards
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and sustainable practices
  • White Card and a valid C Class driver's licence (essential)
  • A valid C Class driver's license (Essential).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently studying or qualified in Environmental Science, Land Management, or Horticulture
  • Health Department of WA pesticide licence (desirable)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrated practical experience in similar roles
