If you've worked with burners, furnaces, or high-temperature processes and have the mechanical and/or electrical skills to understand the full machine, this is your chance to work on something unique, in a company that values innovation, problem-solving, and environmental impact.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Mechanical and/or Electrical qualification and/or experience with a minimum of 2 years' combustion experience;
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding abilities;
- Operation and maintenance of burners, furnaces or other combustion equipment;
- Sound understanding of good workshop practices and strong commitment to safe working practices;
- Be physically fit and healthy, and able to complete work occasionally in isolated or remote outdoor locations;
- Capable of occasionally driving long distances and availability to travel when required;

- Open driver's license and passport;
- Covid-19 vaccination;
- First aid, WAH, EWP, Confined Space and White Card are desirable but not essential.
Benefits
The BeneVap units are a bespoke piece of technology exclusively designed in house by BeneTerra. These innovative machines not only will enhance your skillset and opportunities for growth but at BeneTerra we encourage teamwork, innovation, new development ideas, and design opportunities that play a role in continually refining the BeneTerra ethos.
This is a very rare and unique opportunity to make a valuable contribution to both the land and its surrounding environments to better the future.
Other benefits of working with us include:
- Company phone, laptop, PPE and job tools provided;
- Structured, on the job training provided;
- Other training and qualifications needed for the role are paid for by us;
- Travel expenses covered by the company (you're never out of pocket);
- Employment Assistance Program (EAP);
- Bonus Scheme available*.
Please note that shortlisted candidates may be required to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test and provide evidence of Covid-19 vaccination.
We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
