**About the role**
We are currently seeking a Panel Technician (level 2) to join our diverse team to facilitate the execution of a number of new projects and to service our existing and expanding client base.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role will present you with the opportunity to be part of the manufacturing team producing high quality electrical products for numerous oil and gas, mining and materials handling clients.

**Responsibilities include**
- Fabrication of low voltage MCC's, control panels, distribution boards, marshalling panels and communications cubicles to design specifications;
- Assembly of modular switchboards and motor control centres;
- Wiring and termination of motor starter modules, incomer modules, power metering equipment, programmable logic controllers, field marshalling and control panels;
- Fabrication of Bus Bar systems in compliance with Australian standards;
- Completion of daily duties as specified by Leading Hand; and
- Ensure workshop safety standards and procedures are adhered to.

**Your Experience**
- Trade certified Electrician
- At least 2+ years post trade experience in similar role
- Unrestricted Electrical License is preferable
- A working knowledge of the AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 3008 and AS/NZS 61439 standards;
- Be able to read and understand schematic wiring diagrams, termination drawings and general arrangement drawings accurately;
- Have a strong focus on safety, quality workmanship and adherence to quality procedures;
- A willingness to commit to a workshop based role.
