Canning Vale, Australia Diplomatik Full time

**Diplomatik **currently have a number of vacancies within one of our well respected clients for 2x field service technicians for experienced heavy diesel mechanics. These positions are both full time with the client from day one, with great rates and incentives on offer. The clients yard is located in **Canning Vale** and specialise in the dealership and servicing of machinery including EWP's, snorkel machines, other hydraulic lift machinery, forklifts, telehandlers and small dump trucks.

**Essential/Desired Experience**
- Hydraulic and electrics experience
- Previous EWP or hydraulic lift experience
- Field service experience would be highly desirable

**Duties**
- Perform routine repairs maintenance and service work on Snorkel products at customer sites or breakdown locations
- Perform routine repairs and maintenance on other products as required
- Perform all trade qualified work as required
- Perform non-trades work which is incidental to work
- Conduct inspections and fault-finding activities on machines
- Dismantle and re assemble machines to a high-quality standard
- Conduct basic welding and spray painting as required
- Conduct programmed service work on machines as required
- Fit parts to machines as required by standard
- Seek further support through 1. Service Supervisor and 2. Product Support where needed
- Complete part requisition, time sheets, and other associated paperwork accurately
- Ensure customers are informed of machine repair progress
- Communicate with customers on fault inspection results, repair options, and time taken to repair estimate

**Salary**: From $50.00 per hour
