What You'll Do

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Spend the majority of your time on the phone, responding to inquiries and ensuring every interaction is positive, solutions-focused, and efficient.
  • Support Parents & Schools – Help customers navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, empathetic guidance.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction – Handle account, order, and payment queries with accuracy and care, ensuring timely resolutions that make customers feel valued.
  • Resolve & Escalate Issues – Liaise with canteens, parents, uniform shops, and event organisers to resolve service-related concerns, escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer feedback drives service improvements.
