About The Role
As
Operations Manager
, you will build and improve processes across the business, using both classic operations tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Slack, Tableau, Google Suite) and emerging AI platforms (Relevance AI, Gumloop, N8N and more). You'll work closely with internal stakeholders on initiatives including optimising customer service workflows, supporting sales and marketing with revenue ops and campaign tasks and enhancing the mapping and service delivery of a huge set of product data. Your work will focus on solving problems in novel ways, then turning those solutions into scalable, documented processes.

What You'll Do

  • General operations: Use a combination of tools to automate and improve operational workflows - ranging from data-driven tableau boards through to cutting-edge AI tools. You'll support internal teams with data, process design, and problem solving
  • Sales operations: Help the sales and marketing teams improve revenue operations - optimising sales proposals, selling efficiency, marketing campaign support, incentive distribution, and impact measurement
  • Customer service improvements: Optimise customer service delivery and tools, improving the systems, metrics, and processes that allow us to deliver class-leading support
  • Data analytics: We have a dedicated data analyst, help with the process of mapping and categorisation of product data in our systems, utilising AI to make this process more efficient
  • Scalable solutions: Document and maintain scalable processes that enable the business to grow

Who You Are

  • Experience: years experience in operations, process improvement, or similar analytical roles
  • Data-driven: Numerate and data-savvy (e.g., can query a database with basic SQL, build simple reports, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on: enjoy 'owning' tasks end-to-end, empowering colleagues with a solution that makes everyone more efficient
  • Learning mindset: Comfortable with classic operations tools (HubSpot, Slack, Tableau, Google Suite and so on) and confident exploring and adopting AI tools to solve business problems. Curious and eager to build processes around new ways of working
  • Organised team player: Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative
