FP Ability brings together two leading specialist meal preparation and delivery businesses, Able Foods and Tender Loving Cuisine-backed by For Purpose Investment Partners (FPIP), one of Australia's most respected impact investment firms. Together, Able Foods and TLC deliver more than 24,000 meals each week to customers on Home Care Packages (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), NDIS and broader care economy markets. The organisation is currently undertaking a significant program of transformation, including operational integration, refreshed branding and enhanced sales and marketing capabilities with a clear focus on building market leading presence in the care economy.

We are seeking applications for two (2) Board Advisory Positions to join the Board to support organisational strategy and assist with navigating the changing disability and aged care sectors during a time of significant reform.

Applications are sought for:

·      An Advisor with lived experience of disability: and

·      An Advisor with knowledge, experience and skills in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sector(s).

Role Overview
:

These are paid roles that offer an opportunity to contribute to strategic oversight and governance to help shape and guide the organisation's mission to deliver high quality, inclusive services for people in aged care and/or with disabilities. Your insights and advocacy will help ensure the organisation remains person-centered, responsive and accountable.

Advisors are appointed for a two-year term (with extension possible) and commit approximately 10-12 days per year, including participation in Board and Committee Meetings and strategic planning sessions. Meetings are held in person with online participation.

Advisors receive remuneration aligned to sector benchmarks.
