Casual Administrative Officers

As an Administrative Officer, your key responsibilities include:
- Assist with internal and external events such as Award Ceremonies, Expos, Conferences, staff dinners/breakfasts and external client lunches/dinners
- Assist in the preparation of a range of regular and ad-hoc reports, documentation, papers and submission
- Undertake other administrative and related duties as required to ensure the best quality of support and the effective functioning of the area
- Assist in maintaining a centralised electronic filing system for records in the area, including TRIM and manual records, to ensure accessibility and reliability of business information

ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in providing administrative support and service excellence in a complex working environment.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Relevant qualifications at a minimum of Certificate IV level in Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience in a similar role
