We are seeking an organized and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team at FARMWEST Bunbury. The ideal candidate will have experience with MYOB and possess excellent administrative skills to support our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, cleaning and sales support
  • Data entry.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and process all aspects of invoicing using MYOB software.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation both in physical and electronic formats.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MYOB software for invoicing and basic accounting tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Benefits:

  • Fixed working hours from 8 am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
  • Up to 38 hours a week
