Reports and Program Support Officer
Maternity leave, part time, 3 days a week (12 months maximum contract)
Salary -- $39.16 per hour (Pro-rata $76,378 per annum)

About the role
The Reports and Program Support Officer is an administrative role that supports the leadership team with data gathering, analysis and monitoring in line with service delivery standards of Mental Health programs. The incumbent will work closely with the Senior Manager to support the monitoring of core systems and processes across all mental health programs to attain and maintain compliance to certification and accreditation processes.
Skills, experience, and qualifications
Applicants should possess -
- An understanding of quality improvement processes and practices and how they relate to mental health programs
- Strong administration skills, including reporting, record keeping, data analysis and office systems and procedures.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or significant experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in the government or community sector, incorporating planning, and implementation and evaluation of programs.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, including verbal and written abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to a wide variety of people from diverse backgrounds, including cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic team environment
- Demonstrated information technology skills, including use of Microsoft Office and other database technologies.
- Demonstrated self-development skills, including analysis of development needs, self-reflection, study and networking.
- Possession of a current National Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain them
- Current valid Driver's Licence
