About the Role:
As our Procurement and Contracts Support Officer, you'll play a key part in supporting procurement processes, contract management and supplier relationships. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, efficiency and value for our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with end-to-end procurement and contract administration.
- Support tendering, evaluation and supplier onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in administration (local government or utilities experience a plus).
- Experience in procurement and contracts (a bonus but not essential).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow—training provided
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team player mindset.
