We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-driven Operations Assistant to join our growing real estate team.

This junior role is perfect for someone eager to learn the ins and outs of real estate operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You'll play a key role in keeping the wheels turning; supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, assisting with administration, client communication, marketing coordination, and the operational processes that keep the team performing at its best.

You'll support operations across all offices, spending time at each location to help keep everything running seamlessly. It's a hands-on role that gives you a front-row seat to how a high-performing real estate network operates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and friendly communication to clients, contractors, and internal team members.
  • Assist with a range of administrative duties, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Support the sales, property management, and marketing teams with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of office presentation and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and deadlines.
  • Contribute to a positive, organised, and solution-focused team culture by providing general operational support wherever needed.
