Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant and is just 20 minutes from the city. Here at Bathers', we have an award winning 2 hatted restaurant, casual bistro, Thai restaurant & function space.

With summer fast approaching we are looking for fun, professional and passionate section waiters to join the team. These positions can be part time or casual. Applicants must have full Australian working rights and would be suitable for students and working holiday visas.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Relevant work experience
  • Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate

Duties & responsibilities

  • Assisting guests with menu selections, offering recommendations, and taking orders.
  • Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Have the ability to multi-task.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic with a high degree of responsibility
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships
  • Strong commitment to service
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Must be available to work weekends and public holidays including Christmas.
