An exciting opportunity exists to join Ownit Conveyancing, an innovative, award-nominated and industry-leading residential conveyancing company based on the southside of Brisbane. We're now looking for a Sales Team Leader to take charge of our inbound sales team. This is not your traditional sales role – there's no cold calling or hunting. Instead, you'll be leading a high-energy team converting warm to hot inbound leads at the bottom of the funnel. To succeed, you'll bring high vibes, great energy, and excellent organisational skills to keep your team motivated, on track, and performing at their best.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading from the front – take inbound sales calls and convert warm to hot leads yourself
  • Lead a team of inbound consultants converting engaged enquiries into new business
  • Coach and mentor the team to deliver consistent results and high service standards
  • Monitor performance and KPIs to ensure the team is on track daily and weekly
  • Jump in and support with escalations or peak periods where required
  • Create and sustain a positive, energetic team culture where every lead is treated as gold
  • Work closely with our Head of Operations for coaching and mentoring to strengthen your leadership capability
  • Receive coaching on analysing data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive increased results

What we're looking for

  • Confident sales professional who loves being hands-on with calls and leading by doing
  • Experience as a Team Leader or supervising in a sales, call centre or customer service environment
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales conversion or performance targets
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and get the best out of your team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example
  • High vibes, great energy, and excellent organisational skills
