We're looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to take charge of our Utilities Sales team driving performance, lifting capability, and building a culture that balances excellence and compliance.

What your week will look like

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Utilities Sales Consultants (mix of office and remote)
  • Drive daily results  from conversion rates to customer experience
  • Recruit, train and onboard new team members as we continue to scale
  • Run structured coaching and refresher sessions that sharpen skills and confidence
  • Use KPIs and call data to spot opportunities and turn them into wins
  • Foster a strong compliance culture and ensure high-quality sales delivery
  • Collaborate with other leaders to boost cross-sell and referral outcomes
  • Keep morale high  creating a team that's engaged, accountable and proud of what they do

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience leading telesales or call centre sales teams
  • A proven ability to coach, motivate and lift team performance
  • Strong grasp of sales strategy, objection handling and performance management
  • Excellent communication skills and natural leadership presence
  • Data-savvy, comfortable using numbers to drive change
  • Confident with Excel, CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Bonus points: experience in energy or utilities, or managing remote teams
