Digital Sales Manager
who thrives on winning new business, shaping digital strategies, and helping clients achieve measurable results.
About the role
As our Digital Sales Manager, your mission is to focus on helping prospects achieve their business goals with our world-class done-for-you optimisation programs and digital growth services.
You'll work across two key areas:
New business development
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with high-potential eCommerce and digital brands.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand the prospect challenges and showcase relevant services to help.
- Craft and deliver powerful presentations and proposals via online and in-person.
- Execute the complete sales cycle from close to hand over.
Existing client growth
- Partner with the Head of Departments to expand current accounts.
- Reconnect and re-pitch new opportunities to existing clients.
- Strengthen relationships through regular check-ins and value-add conversations.
Your success will be measured by both new contracts and total revenue growth, with full support of a dedicated appointment setter and consistent inbound leads, the
opportunity
is uncapped.

- 16 qualified demos per month
- 3 new client contracts per month
What you bring
- Proven success in
digital sales or agency business development - Experience speaking with
C-suite and senior marketing teams - Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- High emotional intelligence: curious, kind, and consultative
- Proactive and process-driven, with strong time management
- Tech-savvy with
Google Suite
and digital marketing familiarity (SEO, PPC, Analytics, CRO, etc.)

Remuneration
- $80K base
- $108- $137 On target earnings
