The Role

As a Team Leader you will be leading and coaching a team of sales agents responsible for contacting existing customers to upgrade/renew their services and speaking with incoming warm, leads, to convert them into Customers. You will be looking after the development of our team to grow and succeed in their role. You will be initially based in our Archerfield Office with the ability to travel to our Geebung when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure staff are adhering to their rosters and managing their calls both inbound and outbound
  • Ensure Staff follow the proven sales process to ensure quality and consistency standards are maintained
  • Inducting and training of new staff to ensure success
  • Conduct monthly one on ones with all team members
  • Work with the Coach and Trainers to provide timely feedback and training where needed
  • Ensure any performance issues are dealt with and documented
  • Work with the Branch Managers to ensure monthly targets are achieved
  • Minimise staff turnover through creation of a culture that encourages people grow and develop and make an employer of choice

Position requirements

  • Proven experience in leading a sales team in a Call Centre environment
  • Proven experience in building a team culture
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customer and stakeholders
  • Previous experience using a CRM system, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience using Microsoft 360 and Genesys a advantage
  • Ability to work a 6 day rotating roster Mon to Sat
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as a positive member of the team
