At One Harvest, we are seeking a dedicated Production Area Manager to join our Operations team in Sydney. This permanent, full-time position in the Manufacturing & Industrial sector offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our dynamic and growing organisation. As the Production Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production area, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Your main tasks will include:
- Leading and supervising a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and KPIs
- Implementing and maintaining efficient production processes and workflows
- Monitoring and optimising resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance productivity and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate production records and reports for performance evaluation
- Collaborating with other departments to coordinate production schedules and fulfilment of orders
- Contributing to the development of operational strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Proficient in implementing and maintaining quality control processes
