**About The Role**:
As Australia’s largest reo provider, **ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)** is expanding its market presence, and we’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Key Account Manager**, working out of **Smeaton Grange** to help take our business to the next level.
With a strong growth strategy, we are investing in our people, customers, and market reach. This newly created role is designed to expand our footprint in the residential and small commercial sectors and strengthen our position as an industry leader.
**As a Key Account Manager, you will**:
- **Win new business**and expand our customer base in the residential and small commercial markets.
- **Manage and grow key accounts**, ensuring strong relationships and long-term partnerships.
- **Work collaboratively**with the Area Manager and a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovation.
- **Be a catalyst for change** - contributing to a high-performing sales culture.
The main focus for this role is driving new business opportunities in order for the network to grow. You'll also be highly motivated and determined to succeed, with a solid work ethic that drives you to exceed targets and achieve success.
