We're current recruiting for a Trainee Business Manager at our Audi dealership located in Smeaton Grange.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist customers with financing options and loan applications
  • Present and explain insurance products and warranties
  • Liaise between customers, lenders, and insurance providers
  • Ensure compliance with lenders and dealership policies
  • Prepare and process sales and financing documentation
  • Support the team in closing deals
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and agreements
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the financing process
  • Continuously learn about finance and insurance products to stay knowledgeable and remain relevant with market trends
  • Identify opportunities to increase dealership profitability through F&I product

What you'll need:

  • Must be driven and analytical with attention to detail
  • Exceptional sales and customer service experience
  • The drive to achieve monthly sales volumes
  • An eagerness to learn
  • A high level of personal presentation
  • A commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
