**Store Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**: Manage the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- **Staff Training**: Conduct training and development sessions for staff, focusing on service excellence and product knowledge.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and organization within the store.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or food service management, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
