Primarily you will be required to pick & pack orders and to be involved in dispatch management within the warehouse, making sure all orders are accurately labelled and shipped.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving deliveries
- Unloading, unpacking & shelving of items
- Organising items according to type, product code, project, or service work
- Identifying damage, loss, or surplus of items stored
- Operating item tracking software system
- Keeping accurate inventory records
- Picking, packing and processing of orders to be sent out
- Participating in manual stock take & disposal of goods
- Carrying out tasks as assigned by the Scientific Officer
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area and warehouse

**To be successful in obtaining the position you should meet the following criteria**:

- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- High level of accuracy and ability to prioritise workload with good time management
- The physical ability to load and unload, pick, and pack bulky items
- Communication Skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Basic Computer Skills
- Flexibility
- Interpersonal Abilities
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- An understanding of the vape/e-liquid industry is preferred but not essential

Full product and operation training given at start.
