THE FIRM

My client is a well-established accounting practice, led by 4 Partners and supported by a team of 40 who focus on building close, professional relationships with clients.

They service a varied base of clients including property developers, investors, professionals, medical centers and small businesses, offering a range of services including accounting and tax compliance, financial reporting, superannuation and business management.

THE OPPORTUNITY

They are now urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Client Services Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistant to a team of accountants with compliance
  • New company set ups
  • ASIC Administration
  • ATO Portal management and correspondence
  • Managing the client database
  • Finalising accounts and tax returns
  • Tax return lodgements
  • General administration

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess:

  • Previous admin experience within an accounting firm environment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Friendly and adaptable personality
  • Will want a future within the accounting space
