Presently we're looking for an enthusiastic Service & Compliance Administrator to join our Brisbane office and help us reach new heights

What You'll Do

As our Service & Compliance Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our department, providing essential administrative support to both your ICT team members and the overall respectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the procurement & asset management standard operating procedures and registers respectively.
  • Assist with project coordination.
  • Support new staff getting up to speed with our systems and processes.
  • Ensuring we stay compliant with all regulations whilst providing regular reports on our departmental activities.
  • Work with the team to drive technology adoption across the business using tools like SharePoint and Office 365.

What We're Looking For

  • You have exceptional administrative and organisational skills whilst being adaptable as this position will work closely with the Department Head, Project Managers and ICT specialists respectively.
  • You are passionate about technology and eager to learn more, as ICT experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
  • You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and aren't afraid to tackle challenges head-on with an adaptable and pragmatic mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential for this role, as you'll be communicating with various stakeholders at all levels.
