About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive administration officer to help deliver administrative support to the community amenity department for animal control, local laws, parking compliance, prosecutions and school crossing programs, to ensure activities, systems and procedures operate in a the most effective and efficient manner.

This position is based in Dandenong, with hybrid work arrangements negotiable.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the following:

  • Well-developed administrative skills supported by a tertiary qualification (Certificate III or higher), or significant work experience in a similar role.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills, incorporating verbal and written communication, listening, liaison skills, as well as excellence in customer service delivery.
  • Advanced PC literacy incorporating MS Office applications along with proficiency in the use various software products including Objective and Tech 1
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, prioritise and manage workloads in a multi-disciplinary environment to meet deadlines.
