Key Responsibilities
- Warm Welcome: Greet and assist patients with a friendly smile, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Appointment Management: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient inquiries via phone and in person.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, processing payments, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and organised.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with podiatrists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
