Medical Receptionist

Full-time postion ( 38 hrs per week)

Ideal candidate would have :


• Previous medical reception experience


• Experience working with medical software -Best Practice / Shexie or other


• Moderate to high level of computer literacy


• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi task


• Excellent customer services skills


• Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills


• Ability to take initiative and prioritise workload


• Ability to work harmoniously with a small team


• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality


• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic ,reliable and punctual

Duties


• Managing confidential patient records


• Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, and booking patient appointments


• Document scanning and email management


• Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain patient records.


• Patient billing and payment collection


• Compiling theatre list and emailing to relevant teams


• General administrative tasks to support daily clinic operations.
