Right now, we're on the hunt for a
Wholesale Manager
- someone who knows the ins and outs of fashion wholesale, loves building strong relationships, and can grow our global footprint while keeping our premium brand experience intact.
What You'll Do
- Create and deliver an
annual wholesale sales growth strategy
tailored to market opportunities, competition, and business goals - Hit sales targets, expand distribution, and manage
key accounts across ANZ and international markets - Oversee
day-to-day wholesale operations
, including account management, order flow, and on-road selling - Lead B2B decisions for
domestic and international trade shows - Monitor
account performance
, address challenges quickly, and keep stakeholders updated on deliveries and delays - Coordinate
wholesale samples,
ensuring they arrive on time for selling seasons and are distributed to agents - Build and maintain
strong relationships
with agents, distributors, house accounts, and key clients globally - Develop and implement account plans to strengthen
partner performance - Provide training and resources to lift sales team capability and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams on
forecasting, wholesale ranging, and stock requirements - Track and report sales performance against budgets and business targets
Who You Are
- Experienced:
2 to 3 years in footwear or fashion wholesale sales, ideally with a branded or design-led label - Results-Driven:
proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving growth - Market-Savvy:
deep understanding of domestic and international wholesale markets - Relationship Builder:
excels at building trust and long-term partnerships - Organised & Detail-Oriented:
manages multiple priorities without missing a beat - Strategic Thinker:
able to plan, forecast, and allocate resources effectively - On-the-Road Ready:
full driver's licence and own vehicle for client visits and account management
