Wholesale Portfolio Manager

About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Wholesale team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key wholesale portfolios across Australia and New Zealand, working with major retailers.
The role involves acting as a trusted partner for accounts, owning the full order lifecycle to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time. This includes managing major wholesale accounts, monitoring stock levels, driving timely order fulfillment, and working cross-functionally with Warehousing, Sales, and other departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the order management process from receipt to dispatch
- Managing major wholesale accounts and building strong relationships
- Monitoring stock levels and driving timely order fulfillment to meet delivery deadlines
- Working cross-functionally with Warehousing, Sales, and other departments
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
To succeed in this role, you will need solid order management experience, preferably with EDI/AS400 knowledge. A background in customer service/account management, particularly in retail, wholesale, or manufacturing, is essential. You must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and fast data entry capabilities.
