The Opportunity:

Join our team as a Receptionist Assistant and become the welcoming face of Accru In this dynamic role, you'll focus on providing outstanding client service and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our firm. We offer a friendly, supportive culture, and you'll benefit from hands-on training and mentoring to support your career growth.

As a valued member of our reception team, responsibilities include:

  • Greeting clients with your warm rapport and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
  • Handling mail to keep communications running smoothly.
  • Managing and maintaining organised, up-to-date records, including scanning documents and updating databases with accurate information.
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Overseeing the physical filing system for the business.
  • Providing administrative support, including managing ATO correspondence and organising important documents.
  • Processing the lodgement of Tax and ASIC compliance paperwork.

  • Experienced in professionally assisting and resolving customer or client needs in person, by phone, or online.
  • A proven ability to build rapport and positive relationships with clients and team members through strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills.
  • The ability to balance multiple responsibilities while demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a desire to provide excellent service to clients.
  • Familiarity with corporate secretarial systems and ASIC processes will be highly regarded.
  • Office 365 – Beginner Level.
  • FYI/Xero – Beginner Level (full training will be provided).
