Victorian Gate & Fencing Group, a leading manufacturer and installer of premium gates, fencing, and automation systems, is seeking a motivated Junior Receptionist to join our growing team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a key role in welcoming clients, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across the team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn, develop professional skills, and grow within the fencing and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Greet clients, contractors, and suppliers at reception
  • Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and general administration tasks
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, site visits, and team calendars
  • Support management with data entry, document preparation, and customer records
  • Liaise with workshop, installation, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
