We are looking for an experienced Commercial Pool Construction Estimator to join our team and support tendering across a range of Commercial and Semi Commercial pool projects.

You will be part of a highly respected, well-established company with over 65 years in business. Our Commercial projects cover a vast range of Pool types & clients, from aquatic centres and sports training facilities to luxury pools in high rise building, whilst liaising with builders, developers, & local govt. infrastructure professionals.

The role:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes & tenders for Commercial & Semi Commercial pool builds and renovations.
  • Review drawings, spec and site conditions.
  • Liaise with suppliers & sub-contractors to obtain pricing
  • Identify risks & opportunities in tender process
  • Contribute to tender submissions and project budgets
  • Track outcomes (quote won/lost), analyse reasons and prepare monthly reports
  • Track market rates and maintain estimating databases & processes

Your Background:

  • Proven experience as a commercial construction estimator (pool experience preferred but not essential).
  • Strong knowledge of building methods, materials and subcontract trades
  • Proficient in estimating software + strong excel skills
  • Detail orientated, commercially minded with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications
  • Formal qualification in construction or related fields (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
