Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area. As a Joinery Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting cost estimates for custom kitchen and joinery projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project specifications, collaborating with clients and design teams, sourcing materials, and ensuring all estimates meet company standards and client expectations. Effective communication and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

  • Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Budgeting skills
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans and architectural drawings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring client and team engagement
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous joinery or construction industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant qualifications in construction, carpentry, or a related field
