Role Description

This is a full-time, role for an Estimator / Cost Planner located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Estimator / Cost Planner will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and controlling costs throughout the development process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting cost analyses, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring accurate project financials. The role requires close collaboration with the project management team to ensure alignment with project goals and financial targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cost Management and Cost Control
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct Project Estimation
  • Experience with Budgeting and managing project financials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant experience in the construction or property development industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
