  • Lead and guide the team technical sales team
  • Occasionally travel to sites or offices to deliver training, support product launches, or address critical technical inquiries.

What You'll Bring

  • Engineering degree or electrical background strongly preferred; equivalent technical expertise in renewable energy systems is highly valued.
  • Proven experience in delivering technical training and developing training content for diverse audiences, including sales teams, channel partners, and installers.
  • Strong understanding of residential energy products, industry standards, and emerging trends (e.g., V2G, energy storage, and retail energy plans).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to varied stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams, with experience in project management or product road mapping being a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to evolving business and industry needs.
