**THE OPPORTUNITY**

DECJUBA are on the lookout for a passionate and confident Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our AMAZING CX team in our Head Office. This role will join our Digital Marketing team and report to the Digital Marketing Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

EMAIL MARKETING
- Work with internal teams to brief & project manage eDMs end to end.
- An appetite to try new things based on insights - working with the digital marketing specialist to successfully deploy A/B testing and key segmentation strategies.
- Report on key & actionable eDM insights to form best practice.
- Stay current with digital communication strategies and industry standards to ensure optimised digital experience for DECJUBA customers.
- Support in delivering & reporting on CRM initiatives

WEB CONTENT MARKETING
- Coordinate, test and push live all always-on and campaign content on site
- Briefing and coordination of web campaign content
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, eCommerce and Design teams; and work with external development agency where necessary
- Deliver timely, concise and actionable insights on the performance of homepage & site utilising Google Analytics

- Highly organised with the ability to manage expectations and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- You’re technologically savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- An agile, flexible, problem-solving approach to the demands of a busy role
- Able to work autonomously, use your initiative and experience to implement marketing strategies and programs.
